Panasonic GH5 and Panasonic G9 (Recent announced MFT camera) have been a lot wonderful in terms of specifications and price as well. But it is their astonishing 4K video capability that leaves everyone stunned! On the other hand, Sony, which has captured some lengthy space in the field of mirrorless but Panasonic GH5 left everyone even high end DSLRs behind when the Topic is Video Performance. Well, Just like GH5 there would probably be a few cameras on the horizon and it looks like 2018 will be a massive year to see some incredible MFT cameras from Panasonic and Olympus. 2017 has not been a great year for the MFT users since neither Olympus nor Panasonic announced any big camera as Panasonic announced Flagship GH5 in the very beginning of the year. Sony recently announced Sony A7R III and now they must be looking for their some unannounced cameras to unveil in 2018. Have a look at the table of the cameras that are highly anticipated to be unveiled in the Upcoming year.

Upcoming Sony Cameras 2018
If you are really eager to invest on this upcoming Sony A7III then probably you are on the right camera. Yes! till now we have one big information regarding this anticipated camera is that Sony will make a “Mini A9” and that “Mini A9” will be Sony A7III! Because this long awaited camera would borrow some core features from Sony’s Flagship Sony A9.
Have a look at the rumored specs of the upcoming Sony A7III camera!
- 6fps with mechanical shutter
- ISO up to 51200 (expanded to ISO 204800)
- 693 phase detection AF (see here)
- minimum focus sensitivity is EV-3
- 4k 30p recording
So would it be fair enough to expect that Sony A9S will be the camera to Hold 60-70 MP Hgh-Resolution sensor? Our Speculation looks strong since earlier it was supposed that probably Sony A7R III would be the camera to feature that high resolution, but eventually Sony saved it somehow and A7R III released with the same senor as it was in A7R II. Sony A9S must be the High-Resolution camera with warm specifications to be announced in the new year “2018”.
Upcoming Panasonic MFT Cameras 2018
Panasonic GX9 is coming for sure, but is it exactly on November this year or we have to extend our wait for little extra time we don’t know. The specifications and anything regarding the camera is unavailable at a time. So stay tuned to get some vibrant information regarding this upcoming MFT camera.
Other camera is Panasonic LX200 along with GX9 also on the horizon to get announced and it was apparently coined to be the high end MFT. However, short of outstanding information doesn’t let us believe if it is the camera for 2017, but we greatly hope the camera will soon come in to the existence in 2018.

One of them is Fuji X-T2S,which will be the successor to Fuji X-T2 that is rumored to feature same 24.3MP APS-C sensor of Fuji X-T2, Plus Fujifilm X-T2S has In Body Image Stabilization (IBIS), which is compatible with All Fujinon X-Mount Lenses.
Upcoming Olympus Cameras 2018
Olympus E-M1 Mark III
Notably one of the most awaited Olympus cameras that seems to be announced in the Q2 of 2018. However, currently there is no information on this camera to put on the screen. But we greatly expect the camera would come with 20 MP sensor as of it current Olympus E-M1 III. And we all know that Olympus is best known for its powerful Image stabilization mechanism in their systems. So we expect 5-axis I.S that greatly compensates for all types of camera shakes to give you crisp and blur free images.
Olympus E-M5 Mark III
Olympus E-M5 Mark II was announced back in February, 2015 means the camera is very near to celebrate it third Birthday. However, no information of its announcement date and specifications we have to add further. But 2018 would bring some exciting announcement from Olympus and we are greatly speculation E-M5 Mark III would be one of them.
