Panasonic FZ2500 VS Canon G3X

Image quality– Not much more difference could be visible in the clarity of the images since both the two cameras employ same sensor sizes and resolution. The 1.0-inch, 20.2 Megapixel High-Sensitivity CMOS sensor can deliver you sharp and high tonal images. However, FZ2500 doesn’t have low-pass filter that allows the camera to gain more details of the desire subject, whereas Canon G3X does have low-pass filter can’t snap such detailed portion of the subjects.

Image stabilization– our shaky hand while shooting subject is the big reason behind the blurry image, plus blur is surely visible when capturing the desire subject in motion. But the 5-Axis HYBRID Optical Image Stabilization of FZ2500 will compensate for the loss caused due to camera shake recording HD movies as a result crisp and blur-Free images are surely possible. On the other side, the Canon G3X doesn’t have image stabilization mechanism.

AF points– By taking the credits of 49 AF points, FZ2500 will give you the experience of speed tracking subjects, plus more the AF numbers more AF screen will be covered in FZ2500. But, G3X offers 25 AF points only.

Shutter speed– Faster shutter speed captures the fast moving subjects accurately and suppress the blurs occur while shooting the subject. And you can see that FZ2500 has faster shutter speed of 1/16000. On the other hand, Canon G3X’s shutter speed is not fast as it competitor (1/2000sec).

Continuous shooting speed- The 12fps of FZ2500 is promising to capture sports action brilliantly. On the other side, Canon G3X doesn’t offer fast continuous drive as its competitors (5.9fps only).

Verdict–   As we told you in the beginning that Panasonic FZ2500 is simply an all-rounder camera that gives you much more than you expectations. So you can easily go with Panasonic FZ2500
