Panasonic kept its promise and finally announced the latest two of its MFT lenses namely Panasonic Leica DG 100-400mm f/4-6.3 Lens and Panasonic Lumix G 25mm f/1.7 along with its two cameras – Lumix FZ300 and the Dual IS based camera Panasonic GX8.
The upcoming Leica DG 100-400mm f/4-6.3 lens will cover an equivalent range of 200-800mm and also it will be based on Power O.I.S. stabilization technology. Hence the newly developed Power O.I.S. nearly doubles the hand-shake correction power of conventional MEGA O.I.S and the users will get bright and sharp photos without blurring even from hand-held shooting at slow shutter speeds it also supports the users to focus the subject quickly with more sharpness .
The other lens of Panasonic Lumix G 25mm f/1.7 will offer a 50mm equivalent focal range and it will support DFD and high-speed AF which will be compatible to Panasonic bodies and can focus on the subject even in dark scenes.
It is expected that both the lenses will be light, small and weather –guard and can be used for heavy field purpose and also the lens will make the telephoto camera of 35mm compatible to shoot in the absence of tripod.
The release date and price is not available yet, both lenses are under development.
