Our expectation from Nikon D5

We have full faith on Nikon that it will come with latest improvements in its upcoming Nikon D5 flagship full frame DSLR camera so that it will become the attraction for the users. Take a look at the

Resolution:-  It’s a completely wired question to talk about resolution for DX series DSLR, Since DX series are dedicated for sensitivity + AF performance and Nikon separated the resolution oriented camera series DXXX (Nikon D810) from the beginning of 2012 (Nikon D800 was announced on Feb 7, 2012), however we expect that Nikon will use Sony A7S (or similar) sensor in upcoming Nikon D5 DSLR. Nikon D5 Resolution will not going to exceed above 20MP.

AF System:- Based on latest rumor we came to know that Nikon D5 will have 173 autofocus points compare to the Nikon D4S DSLR camera’s 51-point Advanced Multi-CAM 3500FX AF Sensor. Hence due to more AF points it will find out and quickly focus on real time moving subject for greater accuracy even when shooting at high continuous shooting speeds.

ISO Range – There is expectation of native high ISO range of Nikon D5 will be 102,400 and can be further expanded upto 838,400 , Since the predecessor (Nikon D4s) was blessed with  native ISO range of 25,600 and expendable ISO range of range of 409,600 .

Why we are talking that the high ISO range will touch838, 400, since the native ISO range is pushing itself from 25600 to 102400 that’s clearly 2-stop increment in the native ISO range of the camera that will also let the ISO range to touch limit that is 838,400, what we expect than it will become a champion of wide variety of lighting conditions and it will create a new world record in terms of low-light sensitivity.

Image Processor: – Due to the expectation of advanced AF System, the next flagship camera will carry either dual Expeed 4 image processor or a newly develop Expeed 5 image processor. It will offer state-of-the-art high performance noise-reduction function; it will achieve rich gradation with less noise even at a high sensitivity range, for both still images and movies. We expect it will deliver high overall quality, dynamic range, color accuracy, and low-light sensitivity. It also increases the processing of camera, including a full-resolution JPEG continuous shooting rate.

We expect it should offer superior internal UHD 4K video recording compare to its predecessor’s full HD 1080pixels video display.
