    You forget to mention the price difference. The D90 is a highly capable camera offering more than enough resloution. With 24 megapixels you need 2x more storage (yes: Nikon and Sandisk cooperate!) and if you are a photographer instead of a moviemaker it is better to spend the pricedifference in good lenses and you will have more and nicer pictures. 12 megapixels is more than enough to make high quality posters! Th D90 has the same sensor as the D300s, a few years ago the most professional DSLR! We get “better” camera’s, “better” lenses but where are the “better” pictures?
