Nikon D5’s “killer AF” will outperform every camera available in the market

Nikon-D5The expecting announcement date of Nikon D5 is after CES, 2016. But, before the announcement, an interesting information related to the specifications of Nikon D5 came into light that the camera will have “killer AF”, claimed to be the fastest of any AF cameras available in the market, till date.

However, It’s so clear that D5 is going to be the first DSLR with 4K video recording and according to the Nikon rumors …

  • There is a possibility for two different D5 models – one with double CF and another with double XQD memory cards (this is probably why I was initially getting conflicting reports on the memory cards)
  • New 20MP full frame sensor
  • New focusing module with larger coverage and 153 autofocus points
  • Native high ISO of 102,400, video: up to 102,400
  • Touch Screen is not sure yet
  • 15 fps
  • Body design similar to the D4s
  • 4K video 60/30fps
  • Full HD slow motion
  • No Built-in Wi-Fi, but there will be an optional wireless adapter
