Sensors:- Nikon D5 has large 21MP FX-Format CMOS Sensor while the Nikon D4s has smaller 16MP FX-Format CMOS Sensor. It is using upgraded and advanced EXPEED 5 Image Processor compare to EXPEED 4 Image Processor used in Nikon D4s.
