It is expected that the camera Nikon D5 will be announced at the event of CES 2016. We are expecting its arrival on CES ,2016 since Nikon made similar development announcement back in Januray,2014 of Nikon D4s and the camera finally arrived at CES,2014.

Such announcement will definitely give us the reason to wait for D400 camera for few more days, which is due for long time.

With the exception of the WT-6, all this should not be a surprise to regular [NR] readers. With this “development announcement” Nikon is telling us that they are still alive and relevant. I just hope they have planned more than that for 2016. This announcement also kills any hopes for a D400 camera, at least for the first few months of 2016 (otherwise they would have mentioned it today).
