We are only a month away from CP+ show that is to be started on 1st March 2018. But there are a lot of rumors circulating around that there are couple of cameras that would be announced prior to CP+ show. CP+ show is not a big show like Photokina but it is one of the great platforms for the Manufacturers to showcase their products. However, we can expect some entry-level cameras and lenses in that show. Not any flagship announcement we expect.
Have a look at the list of the cameras that are most suspected to be announced in February. Take a look at the list.
Canon EOS M50
Canon EOS M50 is a long rumored camera in which more than a dozen of rumors have surfaced and the best part is that it would be announced in February prior to CP+. Specification wise, the camera would hire some specs from EOS M6 and EOS M100. In Japan it would come as Canon EOS Kiss M. However, no specific information on the specifications yet, but we are hoping to get soon before the announcement.
It would be the next version of current Canon 1300D/T6 is an entry-level mirrorless camera that packs light yet effective specifications. You should know that Canon T7 was registered back in August, 2017. However, there is no rumored specifications on Canon T7. But once we published our article based on our expectations with Canon 1400D/T7.
The first thing we know about this rumored mirrorless camera is its asking price that is $821. Well the camera has got its announcement time on 7th Feb. However, the specifications are yet to confirm, but the best part is that its images have been leaked online along with the price.
Panasonic GF10/ GF90
Panasonic secretly announced Panasonic GF10 for the Japan market only. So it is greatly expected that this camera would be announced much sooner for the US Market and other countries of Asia. The new mirrorless camera comes with 16mp Live MOS sensor for sharp images and the best part is that it lets you record 4K @30fps, but for only 5 minutes. For quick focusing a subject, the camera equips dedicated AF technology called DFD (Depth from Defocus).
Should we rate it for CP+ show or not? But Panasonic GX9 is being tested as the rumor says. However, no tight information we have on this camera, means no information on the specifications yet. We think better yo expect it at NAB show.
