Leica M Typ 262 vs. M Typ 240

Here is a brief comparison between Leica M Typ 262 and M Typ 240. However, looking at the table one can easily understand that both two of the cameras are just having similar specifications. The only big difference we are getting to see is the sensor sizes, in which Leica M Typ 262 is getting more points with holding Full frame (35.8 x 23.9 mm) sensor that promises you will surely be the one to get the razor sharp images in every kind of shooting situations.

The processing work in capturing images will be easier done by both the two cameras because the incredible maestro image processor is inside them. Image stabilization is also absent in both.

But One of the great features the M Typ 262 camera offers the users is silent shutter unit that anyone can barely hear the shutter sound. The another major difference is the camera Leica M Typ 262 features a shutter cocking system which is appreciably quieter in single exposure mode in compared to the M (Typ 240).

By the way, M Typ 262 is leaving off the video recording and Live View that may be one of the gaping holes in M Typ 262 but will be succeeded in winning the appreciations of all the photographers.

The M Typ 262 doesn’t show any interest in using the top plate made of metal brass, instead of that, it uses aluminium, makes the camera approx 100g lighter in compared to the other version of Leica.
