Resolution- It’s quite right to expect the high resolution stills and videos from Hasselblad H6D-100c, all due to its 100 MP 43.8 x 32.9mm CMOS sensor combined with vivid colors and rich detail. On the other hand Pentax 645Z using the 50Mp of resolution and the sensor sizes are Medium format (44 x 33 mm) that might not be so good in producing the kind of images that Hasselblad camera offers.

AF system- However, the AF system of both the cameras are contrast detect based sensor, means the both can be capable in quick and precise focusing but sadly we don’t have information about the AF numbers of H6D-100c like 27 creative AF points offered by Pentax 645 z, enabling the photographers to select the various AF points as per the conditions.

ISO- Though, H6D-100c camera will not be a fair choice for shooting in lowlight conditions compared to Pentax 645 z, you can see the reason that it uses an extended ISO range of 12800 but have a look at the ISO range of Pentax 645z, which can be expandable upto 204,800, the camera will produce the noise free images even at the dimlight environment.

Shutter speed- A wider range of shutter speeds from 60 minutes to 1/2000th of a second, offered by the  H6D-100c that can capture the faster actions of the subjects with eliminating the motion blur whereas the shutter speed provided by Pentax 645z is 1/4000 might not be so effective in capturing the faster moving subjects.

Video- Pentax 645Z offers 100 MP resolutions, which is appreciable but along with this high resolution the camera also offers 4K video recording but Pentax 645z is also medium format camera that but offers  only Full HD video recording.

Display- With 645Z you can shoot from each unique angle (high and low-angle images) with precision and ease integrates an articulated LCD with a 3.2-inch LCD monitor with approximately 1,037,000 dots.

Verdict:  We have compared 100c with 645Z, The 645Z look bit inferior to100c since the 100c features a 100 Megapixel sensor, however the 645Z features more ISO range
