Sensor sizes- X70 is the camera for those photographers whose first preference is getting outstanding image quality at any kind of photographic conditions. X70 is the camera that holds 16.3-megapixel X-Trans CMOS II sensor (APS-C sized sensor) that not only controls the moiré but also remove the false color with X-trans color to make your picture much more elegant. On the other hand its contender the Canon G1 X Mark II features 1.5-inch CMOS sensor, 12.8 Megapixel of resolutions.

Low pass filter- X70 is without having low pass filter enables the photographers to achieve a bit more details of the subjects as well as able to get the sharper shots at each moment of photography. Whereas, Low pass filter is available in Canon G1X mark II.

Optical zoom- If you are shooting at the effortful conditions of lowlight the 5X optical zoom of G1X mark II will help you reach to the subjects without moving your legs towards your desire subjects and you will get sharp and magnified shots of the subjects. But there is no optical zoom in X70.

Image stabilization- An impressive Optical image stabilizer has been incorporated in Canon G1X mark II that reduces the appearance of camera shake and produces blur free images whereas no Image stabilizer technology has been engineered in X70.

AF system- The AF system of X70 offers the impressive 49-point Single Point mode for excessive speed and accurate focusing, as well as the unrivaled new Zone and Wide/Tracking modes that use a larger 77-point area that improved autofocus capabilities and allowing the user to easily compose the image and focus on a specific subject in the frame much quickly.

But AF system of G1X mark II is only contrast based and has only 31 points that is not going to be much impressive for quick and precise tracking for the subjects.

ISO- If you want to gain a confident shooting in the unfavorable conditions of lowlight then X70 is just marvelous camera that offers maximum ISO range upto 51200. On the other hand, G1X mark II offers maximum ISO range of 12800.

Shutter speed- X70 offers maximum shutter speed of 1/32000 sec makes the camera a best choice for sports and wildlife photography where a photographer can seize each activity of their favorite subjects. But slower is the shutter speed, 60sec 1/4000 sec of G1X mark II.

Battery- You can take maximum 330 shots at a time from X70 whereas Canon G1X mark II allows you to take 240 shots at a time.

Verdict- Without any doubt the Fujifilm X70 is the invincible camera with great AF system, delivers elegant quality of images, high sensitivity ISO etc. In other words, X70 is the camera that is going to right fit for your photography.
