Fujifilm has done no changes in the resolution as well as sensor size, both are looking carbon copy of each other. As you can see that both are bearing with 16 mp of resolution and using the APS-C (23.6 x 15.6 mm) sensor, so both cameras will be able to deliver the same quality if images

AF system- As we are seeing that both x-70 as well as x100T of Fuji use the hybrid AF system (Both contrast + phase detection). But photographers must go with x-70 because the camera offers the 49-point Single Point mode for faster and accurate tracking of the subjects and a Wide/Tracking modes with a creative 77-point area to seize the rapidly moving subjects. On the other hand, the X100T offers only 49 AF points to the users.

Low pass filter- We are seeing that Fujifilm X-70 doesn’t have low pass filter that maximizes the cameras capability to grab more details of the particular subject and so sharper images are possible. On the other hand, X100T does have low pass filter and the camera could not capture the details.

Continuous shooting speed- X-70 offers to snap the quick moving subjects a bit easier than the x100T because of 8fps of shooting speed whereas x100T has very less with 6fps.

Verdict- You should not be confused between X70 and x100T, as you have seen that each primary specifications of the two cameras are closely resembling to each other. But x70 has 77 AF points and a bit more continuous shooting speed are the premium things and you can spare your savings on X70.
