Fuji X-E3 vs Fuji X-Pro2

Image quality

Both the two have APS-C sensor of similar size, plus duo have 24 million pixels of effective resolution that clearly indicates that we can get crystal clear images with stunning details from both the two cameras.

AF System

Fuji X-E3 as well as Fuji X-Pro2 use both contrast – Phase detection method, means Hybrid AF system employs 91 AF Points that can be divided into 325 AF points for high precision AF at solid speed. Contrast and Phase detection AF system means it can instantly track the desired subjects with immense precision. On the other hand, Fuji X-Pro2 uses hybrid AF system with total 273 AF points and out of these 77 are phase detection, for greater functionality and faster focusing.

Continuous shooting drive

The combination of 24 MP sensor and X-Trans CMOS sensor of X-E3 also avails quick continuous shooting up to 14 fps. On the other hand, X-Pro2 offers maximum burst rate of 8 FPS. 14 fps lets you capture 14 different actions of the subjects in one click.

The X-E3 supports both recording in both UHD 4K/30p and Full HD 1080/60p video resolutions, whereas you can record Full HD only with Fuji X-Pro2, which is one of the big differences in these two cameras.

We must ask you to try X-E3 that offers exotic features like 4K and has 14 FPS of continuous drive, but the camera is not weather sealed. On the other hand, probably the only setback of X-Pro2 is that it doesn’t offer 4K, but the camera is weather sealed that lets you continue your shooting even in the harsh weather condition.
