Fuji X-E3 has massive AF system that adds more fun to your shooting. Fuji offers 91 AF points that can be divided into 325 AF points for wider focusing coverage. Next, its remarkable 4k video capability also creates huge difference. On the other hand, Canon M6 has only 5-axis I.S mechanism that E-X3 doesn’t have.
Let’s go in detail comparison between Fuji X-E3 vs Canon M6.

Dual Pixel AF system inside Canon EOS M6 is a very innovative AF technology that allows both capture video in Live View with smooth and precise autofocus. Not only this, this game-changing AF technology provides fast and accurate autofocus during Live View still image capture. Actually, CMOS sensor on Canon EOS M6 has two photodiodes per pixel (Total 40 million) and each pixel on the sensor performs both phase-difference detection autofocus and capture light. On the other hand, Phase-difference detection AF, enabling the cameras to achieve quick and easy auto focus. Furthermore, due this innovative AF system the camera gets autofocus on approx 80% of the image plane that eventually confirms you get images and high resolution videos with stunning details.
Fuji X-E3, on the other hand, carries contrast AF system that might not be so accurate as of EOS M6, but Fuji X-E3 offers creative 49 AF points that can be divided into 325 AF points for wider coverage and precise focusing of the subjects, whereas EOS M6 offers you 49 AF points only.
Maximum 51200 ISO range of X-E3 ensures you flexible lowlight shooting! ISO range of 51200 helps you capture your subjects very consistently in lowlight conditions and greatly controls the noise, which is an uncontrolled part of shooting in lowlight. On the other hand, with Fiji X-E3 you can use the maximum ISO level of 25600 that might not so effective in lowlight shooting.
Fuji X-E3 comes with the shutter speed of 1/32000 sec gives you distortion free images even while capturing the fast moving subjects. On the other hand, Canon Eos M6 allows you use the faster shutter speed of 1/4000 sec only.
Image stabilization mechanism is extremely needed in the cameras to get crisp and Blur-Free images. However, Canon EOS M6 doesn’t have formal Vibration reduction mechanism, but implements 5-axis electronic Image Stabilization mechanism inside for video section to minimize the movement in the horizontal and vertical, yaw and pitch (tilting) and roll directions that are the ultimate cause of the blurs, ensuring the videos you record are as sharp as possible. On the other hand, Fuji X-E3 doesn’t have Image Stabilization mechanism so you need a lens that has optical image stabilization mechanism at the core.
Continuous shooting speed
Fuji X-E3 avails 14 fps of continuous shooting to help you get multiple images of a fast-moving subject and ensure you capture crisp and clear shots. The EOS M6 camera is capable of taking up to 7.0 frames per second (up to 9.0 fps with AF Lock).
You can record 4K @30fps with X-E3. on the other hand, Canon EOS M6 lets you record 1080p @ 60fps only.
Fuji X-E3 lets you take 350 shots at a time, whereas Canon M6 lets you capture around 295 shots only.
Since looking at the comparison we can say that Fuji X-E3 is the champion camera that offers 4K recording – A Primary need of current generation photographers. On the other hand, Canon EOS M6 looks a bit lazy in this comparison that doesn’t match the specs of X-E3.
