Canon PowerShot G7 X

The company’s first compact camera PowerShot G7 Xhas been announced by Canon. It features a 1″-type sensor. The camera can record 1080/60p video and offers a built-in ND filter. It has no viewfinder. In the rear side of the camera it has a tilting 3″ 1040k-dot touch-sensitive LCD which rotates upward by 180 degrees and equips with a seemingly familiar 20.2MP BSI CMOS chip, coupled with a DIGIC 6 processor and a 24-100mm equivalent F1.8-2.8 lens.

The G7 X is also boast with a touchscreen, 31-point AF system, 6.5 fps continuous shooting, and built-in Wi-Fi with NFC. It also features a user-customizable control ring around the lens. The price of the G7X will be $699.99.

Verdict: As we can clearly see that the Ricoh GR is showing more details compared to Canon G7X, Since the Sensor of Ricoh GR is a bigger than the G7X and also the ISO range of Rioch is better, the Canon G7X offers optical zoom and better video modes… at the end we highly recommend you to go with Ricoh GR camera if you prefer image quality,

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX10Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX10

Verdict: If we look at the size comparison Canon G7 X is pocket friendly, on the other hand the Sony RX10 gives you more optical zoom and constant aperture range, plus you also get better video recording option and EVF. However you won’t notice any major difference in the image quality of both the camera.
