sensor size and sensor resolution camera have exactly same.
But the Sony offer more better base ISO range that clearly indicated that Sony will capture better dynamic range than of Canon EOS M50.
Let’s talk about the auto focusing system of the camera. According to the claim made by Canon they are dual pixel CMOS autofocusing system is better than of Sony is hybrid autofocus in system. But it is subject to test and we haven’t highlighted any of the AF systems either.
Auto focusing points of both the camera, you will going to notice that Sony a 6500 flagship mirrorless camera features 425 phase detect auto focusing points and 169 contrast based auto focusing points which is far better as well as dense than of Canon 143 auto focusing points.
so if you are looking for have more dense autofocusing points then go with the Sony a 6500.
Finally let’s talk about the real image stabilization system which is only present inside the Sony a 6500 mirrorless camera. the Canon EOS M3 camera Does have image stabilization but such sort of image stabilization (Digital IS ) somehow looks like a toy in front of our real image stabilization system offered by Sony.
4k video recording present inside both the camera, Sony a 6500 mirrorless camera 4K video recording 30 frames per second and the Canon EOS M 50 Limited to 24 frames per second at 4K video mode. Again here also Sony looks better here.
And finally we have the display screen of both the camera, the Canon EOS M50 features more better display screen compared to the Sony a 6500 Mirrorless flagship camera.
Verdict: Despite being a 2 year old camera the Sony’s look better compared to the Canon.
