Canon APS-C format compact camera is coming

Looking at the Patent recently filed by Canon (15-75mm f/2-5.6 Lens), the one thing seems confirmed that Canon will soon introduce an APS-C compact camera (may be the camera at developing stage). However, if we search, we can see that Fuji X100T and Ricoh GR are the only compact cameras incorporate APS-C format sensor available around the market in the present time. So, we can atleast say that this APS-C format camera from Canon can be a tough contender to Fuji X-100T and Ricoh GR. So far, we don’t have much information about this upcoming compact camera from Canon. But stay tuned to get more updates
