Sensors:-Canon EOS 80D comes with 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor powered with advanced Digic6 image processor to produce magnificent and smooth image quality with reduction in noise and also it will maintain the better image resolution even in low-light conditions to deliver magnificent image quality, low –light sensitivity and better color combination while the Canon EOS 70D DSLR Camera features a 20.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor coupled with DIGIC 5+ image processor also produce well-detailed, clear imagery.

But the advanced technology used in the image processor of Canon EOS 80D will make it superior compare to Canon EOS 70D.

The advanced image processor of Canon EOS 80D will also improve the video quality by recording Full HD videos at 60fps compare to Canon EOS 70D which only produce an image quality with Full HD videos at 30fps.

Canon 80D has standard ISO of 100-16000 while the Canon EOS 70D has comparatively lower standard ISO of 100-12800. Hence the users will get cleaner low-light images with Canon 80D while using standard ISO range.

Canon 80D captures 24.2MP files @ 7fps while the Canon EOS 70D captures 20.2MP files @ 7fps.
