We have been through the rumor mills of Canon 6D Mark II where someone claims that Canon will use the same sensor of 5D mark IV into the Canon 6D mark II. Now tell us, do you able to digest the rumor? But we ourselves cannot because Canon will unveil 5D mark IV in September of this current year and the rumors tell that the 6D mark II is expected to announce in the February of 2017 and if Canon do so (using the sensor of 5D mk IV in 6D mark II) then we could atleast confirm that the selling graph of 5D mark IV will drop down precipitately. Why should photographers splurge their savings on Full frame 5D mark IV when they are getting the same massive sensor in entry level camera of 6D mark II?
Eventually, the rumor related to sensor is inappropriate and we do believe that 6D mark II may use other kind of sensor unlike 5D mark IV. We hope Canon won’t do this…
Anyway, here are the rumored specifications of 6D mark II.
