The Canon EOS-1D X features EOS-1D X’s 18.1Mp CMOS sensor is a full 24 x 36mm frame sensor and  Dual DIGIC 5+ Image Processors, the 100-51200 (Extended Mode: 50-204800). The 1DX have 61-Point High Density Reticular AF, 5 central dual cross-type points (f/2.8 diagonal), 21 central cross-type points (f/5.6 horizontal and vertical) and 20 outer cross-type points (f/4.0 horizontal), and is sensitive in extremely low-light situations (EV-2 for a central point with a f/2.8 lens). After the last firmware update the Canon 1DX AF system now work for lenses with F8 aperture.

The Canon EOS-1D X also records 1920 x 1080 HD Video Capture, supports H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, The built-in wind filter helps suppress unwanted wind noise. . It offers both All-I and IPB compression, supports H.264/MPEG-4 AVC High Profile

The image processor gives you ability to record 5 fps in full-resolution and also improves the AF speed of the camera compared to its predecessors and competitors. The Nikon D3300 comes with 11-Point Multi-CAM 1000 AF Sensor and Nikon D3300 can also record Full HD 1080p Video Recording, MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format, on the back side we have a decent 3.0″ 921k-Dot LCD Monitor and a Pentaprism optical viewfinder.

The Good:  Excellent Image quality compared to other entry level camera.

The Bad:  limited features due to price range

Recommended for:  Highly recommended for entry level shooters
