Nikon D5600 vs Nikon D3400

Complaints will be nowhere regarding the image quality since both integrates the same sensor sizes (APS-C 23.5 x 15.6 mm) and resolution as well. For fast processing, Nikon D5600 as well as Nikon D3400 employs Expeed 4 processing engine, plus the best part is that these two have no low pass filter, allowing the users to grab the extreme details of the particular subjects.

AF System-Though both cameras come with fast Hybrid AF system, but the difference is visible in their AF points. Nikon D5600 is making its way by offering creative 39-AF pints that quickly acquires your subject and provides precise focus, even during high-speed shooting and low-light situations. On the other side, Nikon D3400 is looking a little back in this case that offers you only 11–AF points.

Display-Nikon D5600 adopts a 3.2-inch Vari-angle LCD monitor that enables shooting from low angles, high angles, and even selfies. On the other hand, the display of Nikon D3400 is comparatively smaller than Nikon D3400.

Battery– Nikon D3400 looks a bit better to provide you maximum numbers of shot at a time (1200 shots), whereas Nikon didn’t reveal anything about the CIPA of Nikon D5600, but we expect that could be same as Nikon D5500.

VerdictNikon D3400 is good camera, but Nikon D5600 is little more updated including More AF points, bigger display etc. So if you are to spare your cash on Nikon D5600, then obviously go for it.
