From the table, the one big thing is clear that the Hasselblad X1D will produce extremely impressive and crystal-clear images compared to Leica SL all because of its 50 mp resolutions and gigantic sensor. On the other hand, Leica is also a brilliant camera that might be right for lowlight shooting (Due to high ISO range) and also an outstanding camera for sports photography.

If you want to know the details of both cameras seriously then just read our comparison details…
Sensor sizes– X1D of Hasselblad incorporates larger sensor size and also 50MP CMOS sensor that captures fine details with much more clarity, impressive dynamic range, exceptional sharpness, the highest resolution, and noise-free images in almost all shooting conditions. In other words, you can say that the overall imaging performance of Haseelblad is just stunning, so that the clients will easily ready to pay in premium for these superior images and also the camera is capable of capturing an extremely wide dynamic range of up to 14 stops along with vivid 16-bit color depth. Leica SL is full frame mirrorless camera, but may not able to deliver you the standard of images that X1D does.
AF system- Both the two camera are utilizing the contrast detect sensor in their AF system, ensuring us the accurate focus result of the subjects. AF points of Leica is 49, which covers a wide area of the screen that is great for faster focusing and locking AF on the subjects, whereas Hasselblad doesn’t mention any of its AF points.
ISO- You may get better base ISO by X1D camera, but if you want to shoot in the toughest of light conditions means in lowlight then we can say that ISO capabilities of Leica SL are phenomenal (50000), the camera can render excellent images even in the fade light conditions. In other words, we can say that when your lowlight shooting job requires more ISO, the camera of Hasselblad may not be worth for those situations, but Leica is fabulous.
Shutter speed- You can’t use Hasselblad X1D camera reliably for sports related shooting, because the camera’s shutter speed is not so faster (1/2000 sec) that may not allow to capture the fast actions of the subjects easefully. But, Leica offers faster shutter speed of 1/8000, which is great to freeze the fast moving actions remarkably.
Continuous shooting speed- Leica offers 11 fps of shooting speed that is sufficient to capture the conscious and attentive moments when photographing sports, athletes and all the fast moving actions of a specific subject. You can see that continuous drive function of X1D is only 2.3fps (I think you can understand the difference).
Videos- Even the professional photographers will appreciate the way Leica SL enables the production of professional videos in 4K resolution. Along with 4K videos the camera allows the users to record in UHD at 30 frames per second or even in Cine4K at 24 frames per second and also the full HD video at up to 120 frames per second and employ the entire sensor area. On the other hand, the photographers of X1D have to manage with only Full HD video.
Battery Life- Leica has the battery that enables the users to go for around 400 shots at a single charge, however, X1D doesn’t reveal the number of shots can be taken.
Verdict– If you want stunning image quality, then we would strongly suggest to go with Hasselblad X1D and the camera can also be the obvious choice for the landscape and portrait photographers, since the camera has 14 stops of Dynamic range. Afterall, Leica SL is the best camera ever made by Leica itself, being a Leica camera SL is capable to do not only auto focusing on the subjects but you can shoot subjects moving at faster speed with a burst rate of 11 fps.
