Olympus E-M1 Mark II coming with improved IBIS and viewfinder-Rumor

emiRecently we published  the extract from a discussion between the representatives of both Olympus and Panasonic and by a person named Rob from MU43 visited LCE (London Camera Exchange) PRO CAMERA Show and know much rumored information related to the upcoming Olympus E-M1 Mark II such that it will come with massive improvement compare to its predecessor E-M1 but there is still confusion whether it will sport  it’s 4K video or not and also their discussion raised its arrival on Photokina 2016.
Now we have the latest information via reliable source 43rumors that the upcoming Olympus E-M1 Mark II will feature HR mode and improved IBIS and viewfinder. There is also expectation that the manufacturer Olympus will not take any risk and definitely comes with more upgradation comparative to its predecessor E-M1 for stay in the competition in front of its rivals. The source has no ideas of its specifications but ignored any changes in its hardware design and at the meantime it showed positive towards the upgradation in its processing unit of the camera.

Have a look at the detailed extraction of the source:-

The E-M1 has improved version of the HR mode and a new improved viewfinder. What the conversations I’ve had so far all come down to is that the E-M5mk2 is acting as a proof of concept for the HR mode and improved IBIS (both are closely related). The E-M1mk2 is going to be released to incorporate improved (non proof of concept) versions of those things and the improved viewfinder. Primary goal is to stay competitive with competing offerings. My contacts suggest there are also some surprises included for sure, and some things that may be included but only if required for staying competitive, if not needed those will be kept for future models (and expanded in the meantime). Sadly I have no idea yet what those features are, other then those being related to processing, not to new hardware. The hardware platform is probably already finalized by this time, or will be in the next 1-2 months.
