Sensor– You are seeing the table where Nikon D3300 is truly create an impression with its sturdy and bigger APS-C (23.5 x 15.6 mm) sensor and amazing 24 megapixel of resolution for the extra sharpness images, even the lowlight environment couldn’t create any effect on the quality of the images. AF points- By the way, both the two cameras are maintaining the same Hybrid AF system (Contrast + Phase detection sensor), so that tracking and focusing will be simply done by both of these cameras. ISO- The range provided by ISO in 1300D is limited to 12800 that might not be suitable for lowlight shooting. But Nikon D3300 offers an expandable ISO range of 25600, enables consistent lowlight shooting.

Shooting speed- For capturing fast moving actions of the subjects the continuous speed with 5fps Nikon D3300 is better option than Canon 1300D (3fps).

After all, both the cameras will able to record the full HD Video, the same shutter speed, displays are also similar to each other and many more. But Nikon D3300 will able to provide maximum number of 700 shots while 1300D offers you to shoot only 500 shots.
