Megapixel- The one who wants large printouts, choose Sony A68, because the camera has nice 24 mp of resolution but the sensor sizes of both the two cameras are same so the quality of the images produced by the cameras are also same.

Low pass filter- Fujifilm X-T1 doesn’t keep the low pass filter that benefits the users to acquire the rich details of the subjects included with the original color. But there is low pass filter in the Sony A68 that may degrade the resolution and result in absent of details from the images.

AF points- 79 autofocus detection points including 15 cross points that makes the Sony A68, a sufficient one to track the whole action of the subjects fast and accurately. However, both the two cameras have the same Contrast Detect and Phase Detect (Hybrid) AF system but the AF points used in Fujifilm X-T1 is only 49 points. One of the major benefits Sony A68 is getting because the camera integrates 4D focus technology that helps the camera to give its best tracking performance in all kind of situations.

ISO range- The dimlight photographers must be happy with the performance of Fujifilm X-T1, because the camera offers an expandable ISO range of 51200 that is much beneficial while shooting in dark situations and the camera will be capable to remove the unwanted noise from the images also. On the other hand, the camera Sony A68 has an expandable ISO range upto 25600 that may not be enough to shoot at lowlight in compared to Fujifilm X-T1.
