By the way, these two cameras are the complete new products of Canon, The Canon G7x and the Canon G9x. Though, the camera has been announced together but still there are a bit dissimilarities we could find in the specifications when we compare the two.
From the top of the table everything is looking so same, but the minor change that we got to see is shutter speed, where Canon G5x holds the shutter speed of 30 sec 1/2000 sec on the other hand you have only 15 sec 1/2000 sec in Canon G7x.
Continuous shooting speed– Not a major difference but Canon G7 X, somehow packs 6.5fps, so the rapidly moving desire subjects must be captured with immense ease as well as much quicker.
Display– A three-inch, 1.04 million dot touch panel LCD screen provides a bright and clear display that enables one-touch control of many camera settings. The camera also features a Vari-Angle design that helps us to easy viewing from different shooting angles.
EVF- The electronic viewfinder of will help the Canon G5x to show a low-light scene brighter, the other benefits is the camera will able to Show 100% coverage of the final image. Whereas, electronic viewfinder is absent in G7x.
Verdicts- No huge difference we can see in the above table that compared G7x and G9x , the two new camera. So, if a user has to choose between the two he/she can pick any one of two. you’ll get almost the same result.
