But despite of these remarkable specifications, when we started to compare the two with each other, we found the one of these two cameras is displaying some immersive result than other. However, G5x is newly introduced camera, so the photographers must be eager to know how the camera can serve better in the needed conditions of photography.

Sensor- May be the G5x kept 20.2 mp of resolution but LX100 Four Thirds (17.3 x 13 mm) sensor with 12.8 mp of resolution will be more favorite in delivering you the edge to edge sharpness images with tremendous clarity. But the sensor size of G5x is not so bigger, the Canon G5X is limited to 1″ sensor only whereas the LX100 is loaded with 4/3 size sensor.

Optical zoom- You can get much closer view of the subjects as the G5x offers you 4.2x optical zoom on the other hand LX100 offers you 3.1x of optical zoom.

ISO–  The solid 25600 ISO range of  LX100 that provides the photographers detailed still images and videos, even in difficult low-light shooting situations. Whereas, G5x has only 12800 ISO range.

Shutter speed- The LX100 will not let you to miss any action of your desire target because the camera has well 60sec 1/16000sec of shutter speed. On the other hand if you go to compare the shutter speed this LX100 with G5x then, G5x, is looking fuse.

Continuous shooting speed- The continuous shooting speed of 11fps of LX100 offers you to capture the fast moving subjects so easily and much quickly. While, the shooting speed of G5x has 5.6fps.

Video-  The impressive Lx100 offers smooth, high quality video recording in 4K, 3840×2160 at 30/25 fps in MP4; as well as high-resolution Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 50p videos in AVCHD Progressive (MPEG-4 / H.264) format. But if you see the video recording option of G5x, you could see the camera offers you  to record full HD video only.

Display- Within the design of G5x, a  three-inch, 1.04 million dot touch panel LCD screen has been integrated that provides a bright, clear display, which enables one-touch control of many camera settings and features a Vari-Angle design that helps us to easy viewing from different shooting angles.

Battery life- Maximum number of shots is also possible that is upto 300 shots by LX100 and you could get only 210 shots from G5x.

Verdicts- One can easily choose Lx100 as the best recommended camera, since the immersive specifications of the camera including the ISO range, shutter speed, everything is so better in comparison to G5x.
